The promoters of the Sunhearrt and Varmora group belong to the same family. This factory is legally registered as Sunshine Tiles Co Pvt Ltd. A few years ago they have shifted corporate office to Ahmedabad. The group has several own factories and also do OEM for bulk orders.
If you check customs export data, you will understand they are having the highest export turnover. This way each year Sunhearrt tops the tiles exporter’s chart ex-Mundra port.
Apart from regular products, Sunhearrt was the first to offer 200×1200 mm wood planks “with mould”.
They set up a big porcelain factory to join the bandwagon of slab manufacturing. in 2018 they started promoting this extra-large porcelain under AXI MARBLE brand. Sizes on offer under AXI Marble are 1200X2400 mm, 1200X1200 mm, 800X2400 mm and 600X1200 mm
Every year Sunhearrt exhibits at Cevisama fair at Valencia, Spain. There are less than 10 Indian factories to participate in this leading tile exhibition.
The big size is not new for them. Early in 2013, this was the company that came up with a big vitrified tiles format 2000x1000mm (i.e. 2-meter x 1-meter) and that was equipped with some good features such as…
- It was printed with a 6 color digital printing machine imported from Germany. So the detailing of design is high definition with retro imaging.
- It is Polished GVT (the glaze surface is polished to remove any unwanted pinholes)
- 13 unique Italian marble prints
- The larger format means fewer joints which give “seamless” feeling (similar filling when we use natural Italian marble)
Sunheart tiles was among few at that time who adopted digital (ink-jet) printing technology and now it is having 7 high definition digital machines. The company is one of the first in India to launch the largest format in PGVT (polished glazed vitrified tiles) in size 2000x1000mm (2meter x 1 meter)
